1. Your account and channel

Provide accurate account and channel information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and connect only channels you own or are authorised to manage. You must have the legal capacity and any permissions needed to enter into campaign arrangements. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

2. What Outfold provides

Outfold helps creators discover campaigns, connect YouTube channels, verify eligibility and campaign performance, and view reward information. Access to a campaign depends on its requirements and availability. Creating an account or passing onboarding does not guarantee a campaign, an engagement level, or earnings.

3. Campaigns, content and rewards

Review each campaign’s brief, eligibility rules, reward calculation and any separate agreement before participating. Those campaign-specific conditions govern the campaign. Follow applicable laws, YouTube policies and advertising-disclosure requirements, and obtain the rights needed for content you submit.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content or connecting a channel for a campaign, you permit Outfold to access and process the relevant content and performance information to provide the service and assess that campaign. This does not transfer ownership of your channel or content.

Displayed estimates, examples and historical results are not guarantees of payment or future earnings. Rewards depend on the applicable campaign rules and verification. Where a supported payment method uses cryptocurrency, value and network fees can change; blockchain transfers may be irreversible. You are responsible for providing the correct payment details and understanding your applicable tax obligations.

4. Acceptable use

Do not manipulate views or other performance evidence, impersonate another creator, submit misleading information, infringe other people’s rights, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the platform. We may restrict access or reject submissions to address abuse, security risks or violations of campaign requirements. Contact us if you believe a decision is incorrect.

5. Connected services and privacy

Outfold uses Google sign-in and the YouTube API Services. Connecting YouTube grants the read-only permissions shown in Google’s consent screen, including analytics and monetary analytics. Outfold does not obtain permission to upload, edit or delete your YouTube content through this connection. Your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we process and how to contact us about it. You can revoke Outfold’s access in your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting can prevent further verification and participation in campaigns requiring that access.

6. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Outfold reliable, but availability and results can depend on third-party services. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free automated assessments. Review campaign information and contact us about discrepancies before relying on estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Leaving, questions and changes

You can stop using Outfold, revoke connected access, and contact us to request account closure or ask about outstanding campaign obligations. Stopping use does not cancel obligations already agreed for a campaign. Requests concerning personal data are covered by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the publication date on this page. Where a change requires fresh agreement or notice under applicable law, that requirement still applies. For questions or concerns, email [email protected].
